O autoru:
Alan Žepec (born in 1971) is the founder and CEO of LQ d.o.o. He has 34 years of entrepreneurial experience, including 20 years as a business coach, trainer, consultant, and facilitator. He completed his MBA in Bled, and his mission is to bring awareness and transformation into the lives of leaders and organizations.
His approach to life is based on acceptance, trust, perseverance, and co-creation. Before LQ, from 1991 to 2005, he was the owner of a successful construction company, Parting, which employed more than 130 people. As the head of the Working Group for Entrepreneurship and Industrial Policy within the Government of the Republic of Croatia, he voluntarily participated in negotiations with the European Union and served for five years as President of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises at the Croatian Employers’ Association.
Today, his company LQ collaborates with regional and global companies on internal transformations, skills development, organizational culture change, and the implementation of management systems. He is also a lecturer at the Academy of Executive Coaching in London. He lives a fulfilling life with his wife and their four children.
